Coaching After Cancer

Cancer can be a scary dis-ease. It comes with a stigma of fear and death. It is undoubtedly the end of life as you know it. Friends and family want to help but they don’t know how. In reality the only people who can truly help us on the cancer journey are ourselves with the actions we take and the beliefs we have.

While it's the end of life as you know it, it doesn’t have to mean the end of your life. It can be the beginning of a new one and it can be the most positive chapter of your life so far. I know because I have been there and done it.

When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2021, while my body was scared, I knew it was just a test. Just an obstacle in my life that I had to get through and I was going to come out of it stronger than ever before.

I knew this because for the last 6 years I feel as though I had been training to overcome something like this. I had been spending most of my spare time (when I wasn’t building my company) working on personal development. Training in different areas of my life in order to get myself to where I wanted to be.

Empowered Through Cancer

The first call I made when I was diagnosed was to my life-coach at the time. It was one of the most empowering calls of my life. We affirmed that while this was going to be shit, and there would be days I didn’t want to get out of bed, that I was a warrior and conquering this meant I could conquer anything. And that’s exactly how I approached everything. It was easier in the beginning, no doubt, when I didn’t have chemotherapy working its job through my body. What got me right through to the end in the best possible way was my knowledge and learning on how the mind can heal the body and the support of my coach(es).

I have had coaches supporting me in business, relationships and health for the last 6 years and I am unrecognisable to the young woman I was, before I decided I wanted to become the best version of myself and live my absolute best life.

But when you hear ‘cancer,’ the words ‘best life’ aren’t usually associated with that. I’d like to challenge you to think a little differently though. Cancer can be an opportunity to open the doors to your best life. You can heal from this experience.

You Are In Control Through Cancer

While it might not seem like it at the time, you are in control of how this goes for you. You are in control of your outcome.

It all starts with your attitude and your willingness to see another possibility. There are infinite possibilities in your life and if you can imagine yourself healing then it is possible for you.

I help people who are stuck and feel powerless take their power back to live an amazing life. I have a particular desire to help people heal from and get through dis-ease, because I know it is possible.

Dis-ease is ultimately caused by stress and a lack of coherence between your brain and heart. This can be changed. You only have to research the work of Dr Joe Dispenza to learn of the ‘radical remissions’ that are possible.

If you have been through cancer the likelihood is that you don’t want your life to be the same as it was before. If you’re anything like me you want to know what else is possible for you in this life.

If you have healed from or are facing a ‘dis-ease’ and have no idea which direction to take your life in please contact me for a no-obligation 20-minute chat about how we could work together.  You can be empowered on this journey.

You can also connect with me on Instagram or listen to my podcast (Apple, Spotify, YouTube) to learn more about my own journey with cancer, healing and how I am choosing to live my best life.

(I offer a reduced rate to work with people have recently been through cancer.)
