I am a meditation guide and Jungian Life Coach helping you to transform and create a life you LOVE living!

I was called to the North Star after the darkest period of my life that included but didn’t end at cancer, business transition, relationship breakups and financial challenges.

At this point, I had lost confidence in myself and life. I felt like I was wandering around like a lost soul, not knowing where to go or who to turn to.

I began to find my way again by connecting to the deeper Self and be guided by my North Star.
