Your body is a mirror of your inner world, often reflecting emotions and beliefs you may not even realise you’re holding. Shadow work is a powerful way to uncover the hidden emotional and psychological patterns that could be impacting your physical health and overall well-being.

The shadow contains the parts of yourself you’ve repressed—anger, guilt, shame, fear—and these emotions don’t just disappear.
